Micro-Mobility for Europe welcomes the opportunity for continued exchange on the harmonised regulations for e-scooters. We support the aim of the application of harmonised rules for e-scooters across Europe.  Adopting a uniform set of feasible technical specifications for shared e-scooters  would encourage innovation and permit the growth of a transport mode with great potential to help the EU achieve its climate goal. MMfE would like to share the following feedback on the regulatory options that were proposed by fka/TRL to the European Commission.
